BUILDIN' WHEELS

Wheels!!! While we are still waiting for frames and forks, we have an amazing collection of Chris King hubs in the shop. I finished lacing Leigh's White DT Swiss wheels to Red King road hubs and they look sweet on her Gunnar . We also finished lacing Jlaf's Edge rims to his single speed King hubs. Those wheels are sick! The total weight for the pair, laced three cross mind you, is 1790. Unbelievable! Once the frame gets here we will have an awesome single speed to share with the world. I also have two more wheel builds, both on King hubs for Drew and Dave. Drew's Orange and Black wheels will look rad on his Swobo. Dave just decided that he needed to upgrade his wheels from factory stock so we are building him an uBRDO special; Kings laced to a DT Swiss XR 4.2 D rims. Keep checking back for more builds or swing by the shop to see them in person.
Saturday and Sunday rides are still happening and are open to all comers. Apparently our Saturday ride is a little fast (it nearly killed Mercedes) and we are looking for riders who might want to take it a little slower. Keep in mind its only February! That being said, all you racers only have one month until race season starts on or off road. Good Luck!

we just had a few Edge Composites carbon clincher rims roll through the door (no pun intended) for a little single speed project we're working on... and this is just going to be so sweet...

CANDYLAND

uBRDO has been experiencing an extremely nice bike month and our forecast is for a continuing increase in sweetness! My build list this month alone has been three Veloforma road bikes, one Gunnar Fastlane, part of another Fastlane, and one Gunnar Crosshairs. Just around the corner we have a Lynskey Pro29 "Jlaf Special", a custom SWOBO Folsom for Drew and an Intense Spider XVP for Leigh. There is so much Chris King in the shop that we don't know what to do. The Lynskey build will also allow us to build a Rohloff Speedhub, something Scotty and I have wanted to do for a long time, and wheels with Edge Composites rims. All of these bikes are going to appear on our website in the near future as part of the bike of week feature so keep your eyes on the prize(thats us we're a prize and you are already here reading this...so, you know uBRDO!!)

FUNKY HOURS THIS SATURDAY

This Saturday, January 10th, the shop will be closing early!
We will open at 9:00am as per usual but heading out early at 6:00pm.

uBRDO Team Project Spring Meeting is happening at our house at 7:00pm
and we'll kick it off with a spin in the dark around St Ed's... food,
