NEW WHISTLER DATES!

Here we go! New dates for Whistler are official! We are headed north the first weekend of August which is the 1st through the 3rd. This is the weekend before Crankworx so you get some runs in before the race, and before the crowds... We will update details as we nail them down but suffice it to say this will be a killer weekend of riding.

We have 35 seats available and we think this is going to fill up fast! Deposits reserve seats, so drop by the shop or give us a call and we'll get your name on the list! We have some insane schwag from Shimano (anyone need some new wheels!?), GIRO, and Smith Optics, and everyone on the bus will be headed home with a jersey to boot.

DETAILS:

Stop by the shop with your deposit of $300 or call with a CC number to get your name on the list and reserve your seat! We will have a get together at the end of July to sort out the details and answer any questions before we leave...

NEW INFO!

It looks like we have 2 dates shaping up for the BigBus in the coming months! We have a mid July date for a not quite as big bus to head over to Mount Washington, and then the BIG bus up to Whistler the first weekend of August... let's call it a pre-Crankworx thang! Check back, we'll have more info in the next week!

TRIP POSTPONED!

It's official as of today. We have decided to postpone the BigBus until mid to late June... there is just too much snow still and we want to make sure that when we get up there we have a killer time!

For everyone who has put a deposit down: we will fully refund your deposit. We are hoping to have new dates in the next couple days... so if you'd like to wait we can apply your deposits to the new weekend. Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns!

SHIMANOShimano is throwing some booty our direction! Let's just suffice it to say: one lucky person on the bus is going to be going home a very very happy person!

We can now take credit cards as well for deposit and/or full payment. Fill out the form below if you want on the Bus! You can call the shop at 425-284-0115 with your credit card number to reserve your seat or come on by!

GIROGIRO is on the bus! It looks like the good people at GIRO are going to bring a couple helmets to the party for us to give away and maybe even some other little goodies!
...didn't we say it would keep getting better! Stay tuned.

Smith OpticsSmith Optics just signed on to throw some sweet schwag our way... that means a couple people on the bus are going to be headed home with a new pair of goggles to boot!

DETAILS and INFO:

We're staying at the Marriot Residence Inn on Blackcomb Mountain Friday-Saturday. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condos, 4 people to a room. There is a full kitchen in each unit, Cable, Internet, Pool and Hot-Tub, etc. Residence Inn will be providing full hot breakfasts both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

We will provide bike park tickets for Saturday and Sunday. If you have season pass than you will get to pay less for the trip! (we are also looking into the possibility of us getting a discount for anyone wanting to purchase season passes... we'll let you know).

Sunday we will be leaving Whistler at 3:00PM. You will need to be at the bus by 2:30PM with your bike. This should put us back in Kirkland around 9:00PM or so. We will also be stopping for dinner on the bus on the way back south.

About the bus:

48 Passenger Charter Bus... this thing has an actual flush toilet... deluxe.

Flat screen TV's on board and a full sound system... we'll have music and bike movies en route.

not to mention!

Gas is expensive! Sit back, relax! Watch some movies... believe me, you cannot get to Whistler for a weekend for this cheap (unless you're sleeping in the car of the people you hitched North with)... not to mention a lot of you will be coming home with some killer schwag that is going to more than pay for your ticket!

We're not making any dinero on this little thang (which seems pretty obvious I suppose to everyone but us!), we just thought this would be a killer way to get a big group of people out riding. If people are stoked on it we'll try and do a couple more this summer to different resorts...
